Managing Culture Change: Training and Expert Guidance

Our training and expert guidance packages are designed to create memorable and meaningful experiences which bring about genuine long-term change.

Our core syllabus includes topics such as cultural action plan creation, review and evaluation; leadership and change management; psychology and behaviour change.

Depending on your organisational needs, we will then add additional modules that are of most relevance from our culture model. This could be anything from reward and recognition to consistency and coordination.

Format

Our recommended format is a series of 3 interactive workshops which run as half-day events (3-4 hours) over a 2-3 month period, with practical activities that create and evaluate plans to bring about cultural change, and expert feedback provided throughout.

Our action planning webinars are the short and sweet alternative to a full workshop at just 1 hour each. They provide a focused look at taking the next steps following the Culture Excellence assessment. They highlight the most important areas for you to look at, including key risks and opportunities.
